🧹衞生：差…房間枕頭上有一衹死掉的蚊子，床單上有頭髮，房間泳池裡刷的白色油漆會掉色，染的腿上到處都是…
🍃環境：除了房間以外，公共區域的環境很好，房間算是比較貴的房型，海景別墅，但是景色真的都不如lobby… 裝修也是一言難盡，極簡風被搞成了簡陋風
🔔服務：服務還行，餐廳很好吃，日落景色也不錯
如果住可以住普通房型，海景別墅真的不推薦，很不值得…
當地兩家5星，一家悦榕莊，另一家就是這家。實在不理解，4星都給多了…

Staff is excellent! The location is great and the views are truly amazing! The breakfast food options are great but the dinner menu has room for improvement but the vibe is five stars. The villas are definitely worth the money and the pool area was spectacular. Overall Encanto is great property!

The view at this property is breath taking.
Nonetheless, this property is not very safe for young children. The lobby has many openings where a small child fits and it is on an upper level.

I was hesitant to go to Acapulco with recent crimes. However, to get to Encanto you must pass 3 guard gates. It is also about 30-40 minutes outside “old” Acapulco.
Encanto was clean, (for English travelers) everyone spoke English, simple elegance, service was amazing and private. The views are spectacular.
Another highlight was the private dinner my husband scheduled for our 30th anniversary. They gave us a private balcony, a custom menu with wine, a private server and candle and roses all around.
We really enjoyed having our own patio with an ocean view including a pool. And there is 24/7 room service.
There isn’t a concierge, but the front desk staff is helpful. They know the history of Acapulco, the old Hollywood romance and shows and local attractions.

This is an amazing hotel and it's been many time I go there however this time there was no hot water in our room for 3 days and the only answer we got from the reception was.."we are sorry"... So huge disappointment for this trip.
Except the hot water this hotel is amazing!

The manager, Ilyana, would not honor the VIP upgrade. She claimed that there was some sort of error, yet ********** confirmed that there was no error. This was a blatant manipulation and everyone should be warned that this hotel clams to support the VIP program but when you check in they say that they do not.
