Very friendly reception service, and nice and clean premises. I got a decent size double room which seemed to have been refurbed a couple of years ago, except for the bathroom which looked very 90s but was clean and comfy. Very comfortable beds, with somewhat lumpy pillows. The curtains let through a bit too much light considering the sun never sets here in the summer. My double room had a decent sized desk. My colleagues both got single rooms which were closet-sized, they were not impressed. Lobby has comfortable seating and areas where you can both work and relax. There's no food here except for breakfast, but you can walk to the restaurant next door and grab a pizza or something similar to eat in the lobby if you like. The bar has a limited but OK selection. Breakfast was disappointing. The fried eggs weren't fried but rather baked (for too long) in those tray thingys which they shove in the oven, they were rubbery with a springy yolk. Bacon was your average sad Norwegian hotel affair. Bread selection was rather dull and the chef which came loafing in a couple of times donning a headset around his neck didn't care to check basic things like if the milk and juice dispensers were empty. Clearing the tables after guests leave goes dreadfully slow, one morning we had to scavenge the premises for cutlery ourselves and bring it to a cleanish-looking table before we could grab something to eat. Not really something you should do during a pandemic I suppose, but rather that than coming late for work. Coffee was fortunately good, there's also free coffee available in the lobby all day. All in all a pretty mediocre experience, lifted by the friendly reception staff.
