I stayed at this location while on business and was very happy with the accommodations here. The hotel was very clean, serves an excellent breakfast, and the hotel staff were awesome. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The staff at the hotel is so friendly. The heater in my room wasn't working, they were friendly and sent someone to fix. It stopped working again, but it was fixed when I asked. There was a strange smell in the room, not terrible, but strange. On the 3rd day of my stay I finally decided to investigate the smell, behind the little refrigerator there was a rotting rotisserie chicken. Not sure how housekeeping missed the strange smell, but I don't blame them. It seemed like someone hid the chicken as a gross prank. I am not someone who likes to complain, and because this was a business trip and my company is paying for the room I'm even less likely to raise a fuss. The staff gets 5 stars, the cleanliness of the hotel gets 2. Deep cleaning every other week? Could be beneficial.

Unacceptable. It took an hour to resolve a check in error and we’re almost kicked out. We were put in one room someone was staying in that very night and the place was a mess! We were helped but the overall process was absolutely terrible and I want a refund for it all. Absolutely not acceptable.

This is a great Great Comfort inn location. The night desk lady, Amanda, is especially awesome. She had baked goods she made on her own in the kitchen and offered to guests as they came in for the evening. She made the stay feel special. Rooms were clean and nice.

The room was so dirty I had to get cleaning supplies from my mother in law's house just to sleep in there. The toilet had old pee on the seat and a huge old luggie. There was a bag a stale chips in the dresser and multiple hairs on the bed. The AC didn't work so we spent the night in the heat. At this rate we would have been better off camping on the side of the road.

Imagine our surprise & disappointment to finally arrive at the motel close to midnight, tired from our trip & having to get up early to finish the trek to the mountains … only to discover the highest light pole with the biggest lightbulbs shining straight in our 3rd floor window & NO curtains to close !!!! It was an awful night with only intermittent sleep for our stressful journey .
