I booked/paid for my room through *******.
1. Upon arrival, there was no one at the desk. I rang the bell. A few minutes passed and then someone from the dining area (friend, I assume) went to get someone. When the lady came out she didn’t greet me in any way, not even a “Hello”. I told her I had a reservation and handed her my id and cc.
2. She took them and said she’d be right back. She was gone 15 minutes . I had to ask her friend to go get her.
3. When the rep came back, she was incredibly rude and demanded the ID’s of everyone in the vehicle and said a $100 deposit was required to which I complied, but neither of these were mentioned on ******* when I booked.
4. Over the course of completing the check-in, she proceded to tell me 6 different times that the rooms were nonsmoking and I wont get my deposit back if I smoke in the room. SIX warnings. I DON’T EVEN SMOKE and she was hatefully repeating herself as if she was getting paid a commission for each warning.
5. When I advised her that there were errors in my home and email addresses, she was snotty and told me she put in exactly what was on my ID. An extremely poor attitude and now being arguementative over HER typos in MY personal information.
6. This woman spoke to me in a condescending tone the entire time I was at the desk and then on exit, she yells to warn me about having the key next to my phone.
The room was nice, but I guarantee your return customer count will go down if you keep this employee.
