really nice facility in a good location. nice breakfast. the room I originally had the tv screen was fuzzy so I asked to be moved and actually got an upgrade! :)

Hotel staff was not honest charge for an item I paid the staff for at time of purchase. Young inexperienced staff, establishment not what I would expect from Comfort Hotel

Cleaning service people were extremely friendly and thorough. Did not like the fact they were dogs barking, keeping us up at night.

Older property. Very clean- give cleaning service and front desk a raise in pay! Friendly staff. Definitely will return to stay for our next trip to Asheville. My only suggestion would be to remove old carpet and replace with bamboo wood flooring or tile.

Property and staff were excellent. Location was accessible parking good hotel conditions generally modern and updated. Only letdown was no eggs at breakfast and quality generally of breakfast service.

We got a large room as desired. Bed was comfortable. AC got the room Nice and cold. Refrigerator froze all our food, maybe settings was off. Staff was nice. Breakfast was mediocre. Location was ideal for our travel, quick on and off highway access. Elevator for three floors was extremely slow, fortunately, stairs access was convenient. Parking was also convenient though got completely full by at night.
