The property needs some maintenace, such as cleaning moss on the 2nd floor to prevent any potential accidents since it's exposed to weather. Handrail is bad needs to be replaced

The property is in need of upkeep. It looks poorly maintained, although clean. Maybe the pandemic hit the hotels pretty hard, but it's a business that needs occasional reinvestment. Staff was very friendly despite being spread thin. I will stay here again.

The room was nice and did what I needed it to, the only thing that I would have liked to have been a little better was the breakfast offered.

Night auditor was very helpful and friendly. She made the check in very easy

Our stay was fine - rather surprised that the rooms weren't serviced for our whole stay - apparently you have to ask if you would like them cleaned or receive clean towels. I thought this was an automatic service. Breakfast could be improved. A toaster would be a good idea.

This is a very basic hotel... pretty dated and the room felt a bit dingy. It is pet friendly though.

There are few properties available in the island and though this one is a little dated and in need of some upgrades, it is very convenient. The beds are excellent, the breakfast mediocre but I will be back.

The room was super clean, the lady that checked me in was super nice and friendly but the man that was there when I left was not super friendly . The pool was broken so that was a bummer too.

The outside of the motel was run down; needed some pressure washing and or paint and paint touchups. Parking lot had garbage in it and could have used a good leaf blower. The room itself was clean, however, there was no housekeeping provided during our 2 day stay. We did not need our sheets changed in that short of a stay, however; clean towels would have been appreciated and the floors vacuumed. We had to carry our trash to the main lobby and request a new garbage can liner for the one very small garbage can in the room. Our door locked securely with the deadbolt but there was a gap through which you could see light through! Our room was next to the pool area and although the pool was not open (not in season) the view of the pool was horrible, moss and mold on the sidewalk and equipment that needed to be pressure washed or in the trash. The condition of the area shows little attention to the aesthetics and cleanliness of the area. The bananas at breakfast were brown and so over ripe they were not edible. The mandarin oranges were shriveled. We chose not to eat there and went out to a restaurant in town for breakfast. This was not a cheap hotel room ($189 a night) , substandard and did not even begin to meet any minimum standards. Management stated that they were sorry they did not exceed my expectations; they did not even meet basic expectations, let alone exceed them. Very disappointed. Would never recommend or stay there again.
