Oh first off I have to say I usually never write reviews, but this property doesn't seem to take responsibility and their actions caused us to be out in the street trying to figure it out for a night. We originally booked this stay in 2020 but because of the pandemic they gave us a voucher and moved it two years for us. Now when we first arrived it was fine, we had a room. Our reservation was for five nights, and we booked through *********** so we had the reservation dates shown there too. However in the middle of our stay on the fourth night, they took everything out of our room, put it in garbage bags and they just left it out in the middle of their hallway. When we returned we were very confused about what was going on, they said that today was our check out date which we showed our reservation with the dates showing we had two more nights. They stated that isn't in their system and that we could stay their for one more night but not the last night because they were booked. We didn't have anywhere to go that last night and had to figure it out, all of which we got through. Now I have been requesting a refund for that one night because they were the ones booked, and couldn't give us a room. They are saying that we had our dates messed up, that they gave us an upgraded room for an extra night that we didn't pay for already, and then saying we have "lack of respect" for insisting on a refund. All of which instantly made me extremely upset and disrespected. That upgraded room was given to us because there were no other rooms, because they checked us out and reservation wasn't completed. Our reservation dates are shown clearly on *********** and in our printed receipts so how did WE mess up the dates. Finally, how is it a "lack of respect" to request for a refund of one night that we did not receive based solely on the fault of the property? to all those thinking of booking this place, STAY AWAY FROM HERE. DON'T BOOK HERE AND TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE THEY MIGHT DO THE SAME THING TO YOU!!!
