This is a great place. Very quiet clean with friendly saff.
Would have liked to have had a tip jar for breakfast staff. It very good.
Definitely will book again.

There was rust in the shower water. The lady at the front desk said that it was from the city. In that case why did the staff not let us know about and prevent people to drink water from the faucet? Fridge was not clean as I found food from the previous person. You could hear pigeon in the rooftop.
Very little vegan options for breakfast.

Climate control was extremely noisy, making it very difficult to sleep.
Carpeting has a Moldy scent and some updating is required.
However, beds are comfortable, too bad the noise keeps you awake.

Easy check-in, superb staff: very professional and friendly. The room was spotless, the super-king bed was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast consisted of every conceivable option: eggs, sausages, toast, cereals, fresh fruit, waffles, juices and dedicated specialty coffee machines with multiple options espresso, mocha, etc. Very conveniently located on a main street with shopping steps away. I will certainly stay here again when in Bathurst!

The room we were in (King, 2nd floor) was probably the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The staff was courteous and friendly and even though the hotel was full it was very quiet. Quite happy with our stay and will stay there again.
