之前一直住，覺得還行，現在變差了，可能旅遊團變多了，服務質量也下降了，餐廳服務人員看到中國人沒有好臉色，上菜也不積極，早餐連個煮雞蛋都沒有了，下次不會再住了

沙發是沒有的，衹有一個椅子。
停車場到酒店的電梯是壞的。
在裏面轉悠了大概五分鐘，
樓梯跟電梯不在一起。
到前台説到電梯，
工作人員説那個早就壞了。
後來行李就沒有拿。
酒店很舊，
衞生還不錯。
住個方便吧。

Was back for the first time in over 3 years. I always liked this hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were really nice. The breakfast is fairly sp**** like it was years ago but the things they have are all things I love. So excellent. Of course when I’m back in Belfort this is the place.

Very nice hotel .Again received very nice hospitality from staff...always take care of you with smile.Good breakfast.Itbis only the good option for the luxury stay in belfort. Very near to the bis stop and city center.

Receptionist was the only professional staff member we met. Breakfast was mediocre and staff was not varing about the guests at all. We were upgraded due to ALL membership, but the room was not at all as expected - contrary to a number of other Novotels we have stayed at. Safe box was not working and the room was worn down. Very disappointing
