The hotel needs a lot of work for making it up to date. The rooms are smell and toilet is not clean properly with very old towels . The door locks need to be replaced. The table drawers do not come out of their groves. The food served needs to be made more acceptable and variety is to be introduced. The chef does not know what is a black dal, it was sweet . One thing suggest that staff should know atleast the Hindi language .

The rooms are specious but not clean properly . very basic furnishings.. the breakfast was cold .inadequate parking space though and no security at night time ..Nice resturant but late service . Overall need to implement a lot as hospitality .

We may notice an unpleasant smell as we enter the reception area Dusty air conditioning A dusty air vent in the bathroom, old buckets with fungal growth (Slippy buckets). They ask me what type of bill you need, GST bill or no GST bill (so they maintain two types of bills - cheating the Government) They opened my room without permission with the help of a master key and cleaned the room (Requires prior permission or information)
