I was so excited about this trip as we gifted my grandmother a ****** trip for Christmas. The check in process was a nightmare. My bank account was charged double for my stay causing my funds to be locked up and still locked up until posting is cleared. Once check in was over and we got in the hotel room we quickly smelled mold when open the door, there was in fact black mold growing in the corner of the room. I notified the staff and the front desk offered me to be moved to a new room. The bell service was closed so we had to move everything fairly quickly, however upon moving our old room key was only good for one more use causing us to have to be flustered when moving and moving quickly to gather all belongings.. the next day my grandmother noticed her mirror that my deceased grandfather gifted her was left in the old room. I once again let the front guest know but they told me no mirror was turned in and there was nothing that could be done. I was extremely unhappy about the inconvenience we had all weekend. If it was not one thing is was another. The hard rock did offer me a meal credit however, the amount of the credit promised was not given causing another charge on my bank card. I had high hopes for this weekend trip, but it indeed was a trip from hell.
