Arrived in Blenheim on the midnight ferry and drove 20min to this little motel. Arrived and they left the rooms open for us to make things easy. Had a wonderful sleep in a lovely super king bed. There is a single bed in the living space so you could very easily sleep three adults and a child on the couch. The place is very clean and tidy with fluffy towels. Would happily stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The manager/owner, Judy was so friendly and just a wonderful person to chat with. The room was large and well laid out. Extremely well appointed to suit travelers needs. Great kitchen area, bathroom, large bed, dining table and lounge chairs. Room also had Netflix. It's a smaller motel and you get a distinct feeling the owners are proud of it and go above and beyond to look after both the property and the guests. Great to see a property that offers and promotes easy self recycling options adjacent to the main office. Only a 2 minute walk to the centre of Blenheim which has plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes etc. Supermarket also a very short walk.

We stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it very clean and well appointed. We would have no hesitation in staying and recommending to friends and family. The prices are very realistic and good value. Well done and thanks to the hosts.

Absolutely loved this property. We were at the end of a two week driving holiday around the South Island and we both felt this property and town were the pick.
Had two great meals in town and it was only a very short walk into town which was terrific. It was nice to not need the car for a day.
The room was well equipped and well set out with two large lounge chairs to relax and read or watch TV. Also had a small dining setting. Bed was comfortable and the blockout blinds worked well. Large bathroom too. Also HD Netflix was available in the room.
The room was spotless. Really clean. The property has great easy to understand recycling too.
You can tell the owners are proud of their proprty. Judy (the owner) was so nice. Let us check in really early after we arrived well ahead of time. Was so helpful and friendly to chat too. Felt like being back home.
Couldn't recommend this property enough. Also great pricing.

Delightful property that is right across the street from a very charming park in the middle of town. Parking for each of the units. Walkable to nearby grocery store. All this AND it is right in the middle of the wine country!

The motor lodge was an excellent mid-price range accomodation in Blenheim. No complaints. The motel is very clean. It sits right across from the main park in town with lovely gardens. Although on a main street, it is quiet at night and within easy walking distance of the main downtown with cafes and restaurants.

Quite pleased with our recent multi-night stay. Helpful and informative reception and checkin. Great location, easy walk to downtown cafes and restaurants. Easy and free parking. Plenty of room, well lit. Quiet, well insulated for sound. Refrigerator and ample utensils etc for cooking, although we did not. Only negative was an extremely weak shower. Overall would recommend for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
