The stay was very good and rooms were clean. The property itself seems to be a shadow of its former self, but it was priced properly.

The Beds in this room were horrible, i ended up sleeping on the floor because they were so bad, The "Golf course" that you advertised has been closed for 5 years, the Spa was not opened (closed for a month) the heated pool was NOT heated.

I do not like the resort fee. I would rather you charge more for the room and no resort fee.
Also, because you are a "resort" the quality of your pool towels needs to improve to the level that you previously had.

Have visited Borrego Springs many times but had never stayed at this resort. It was quite nice. Had dinner twice and both times very good. Used the hot tub - perfect temperature. I highly recommend this place

The room was clean, everything worked, the spa was clean, and parking was right outside my room. No riff raff, trash, or graffiti on premises.

Comfy, large rooms, good beds, internet tv good. Restaurant on site friendly and good. I arrived in the dark, hard to find your way around for the first time.

When booking, and when looking at the pictures you provided, we thought we were going to be in a room where we would see either the sunset or sunrise right from our room or in the balcony area from our room. We get it that had we paid for a room that included this view, we could have it, but there was no indication that our room would have no view and would be dark and dingy. It was very disappointing. Also, we got no information about the pool or how we could access it. Having coffee available in the lobby in the morning was the only nice thing we could think of.
