The only reason I booked the hotel was that it had a pool. No it doesn't - Pool and sauna closed since covid over 2.5 years but still advertised. virtually no staff so you have to check in and out on a screen. Not what I expected from a 4 star hotel!

Room was very comfortable and had all necessary from hair dryer, iron, plenty of plug sockets. The only fault was the plug in the sink kept getting stuck in the hole.
Breakfast was lovely, not rushed and help yourself to anything from the buffet- hot or cold.
Large free car park.

Our business meeting at Cedar Court was made exceptional by the exemplary service provided by Naz and Farhana. From impeccable event coordination to attentive assistance, their professionalism ensured a seamless experience. The facilities were top-notch, complemented by a warm ambiance. Highly recommended for their outstanding service and dedicated staff.

I visited the hotel with my husband and 2 children and cannot praise the staff enough. They were so polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The food in the restaurant was amazing and they even gave my children Easter eggs which was lovely. The room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Thank you to Zee, Josh, Amirah and Naz. We will definitely be back 😊

Great hotel, good location here in A celebration of mitochondrial disease My mito Mission. What a great evening Paul. The service was great. Food was absolutely exceptional staff helpful and courteous. Great function room for a very large Charity ball and the room third floor nice size room, clean tidy, massive bed and a great shower and bathso overall five stars all round highly recommend to stay here

This hotel is the best hotel I stayed in on my UK trip. It’s so aesthetic and the bathroom and room are cozy. The lounge was a great place to hang out with my friends and the dinner and breakfast was amazing. The lady serving us, Iqrah, was so amazing and the whole staff was so nice to a big group of kids like us. Would totally recommend!

When we came to this hotel it was so nice and clean! The dining room was so fancy and well put together and clean! The lounge area is very spacious and very comfortable. The food was so good and Iqrah was the sweetest and the most helpful! The rooms were very spacious and clean!

Had a very comfortable stay . Hotel was very clean and close to motorway . Naz really helped us by guiding us for local eateries and looking after us continuously when we relaxed in the foyer. Her sense of humour made it homely for us. Will definitely be back in summer and hope she is still there

Jan Kostelnik, the bartender is a great friend from Carlton Bolling College, through fun times and hard studying times as well then after ten years later I met him again. I could have talked a lot about the past but then I would have held up the que even though there was no que behind me. 😀
