We were very disappointed with this property. The air conditioning barely worked. With the thermostat set at 63, we had an indoor temperature of 81. There were no BBQ tools, the bathroom door did not latch for privacy. And we had to wait for two hours after arrival to get into our unit. We were told that they had a new cleaning contractor. Not our problem; just an excuse. The kitchen faucet dripped almost constantly; unless you moved it slightly toward the cold side. The handles on the refrigerator were missing; and the ice maker did not work. If you're hungry, you can pick up the petrified potato chips off the floor between the cabinet and the refrigerator. When you pay this much, I think you should be able to count on a decent level of comfort and convenience. Not available here. A host should be someone that is conscience about making sure the property is up to standards. Doesn't hack it.
