Site manager/caretaker was nice, room was clean, toilets in the morning not so as to be expected with many people waking up at the same time. Advertised breakfast on ********** and on their flyer/map but did not supply breakfast, bit of a false advertising. Only stayed 1 night so can't say much about it. Bed made a squeeky sound and so did the neighbors! People confusing rooms and knocking on our and others doors. Bit expensive $85 for a backpacker, lucky I used a $45 free night discount voucher.

It was clean and quiet. The location was very central. The checkin and checkout process were smooth and easy, no complaints.

Quiet, clean hostel with bedding, towels and toiletries provided. Manager was knowledgeable and informative. Room had a heater, hanging space and our own crockery to use. Nice quiet area. Would definitely stay here rather than the very noisy Lord Forrest hotel.

Vending machine didn't work. Though not allowed to smoke in the premises, the layout of the place had the smoke blowing in anyway. The staff were phenomenal. It was clean, and certainly covered what I needed for a night.

Stayed 3 nights in dorm. Test mattresses before choosing bed as some are well worn that you can feel the bed railings when sleeping. Luckily the dorm wasnt full and I just swapped the mattress. Management look after the place well and even kicked out one person for inappropriate behaviour. Not much of a travellers atmosphere as everyone there were long term stayers on a working holiday. But thats fault of international travel restrictions. Everyone was friendly and they all go out on Saturday night! Great location as its a 2min walk to the main street or the beach.
