Plenty of things wrong Dark and Dingy corner room. Internet was useless as it kept dropping out every few minutes. Full rubbish bin outside my door about 3 steps around corner with flies and roaches. 2 days it was there until my partner went and told reception and then it was there until the next afternoon when it was removed. It's quiet because no one stays there a lot .well not when we stayed . They txt me on day of arrival ,check in was 1 or 2pm, about 12 asking am I coming. Also I checked the pay when arrive box on the booking so I didn't expect 1 day for both rooms to be taken out of my visa card beforehand the day before we were due. Housekeeping was knocking on my open door before we were going out for the day 830. Can they at least wait until people are gone. Bed was quite comfortable,skylight was dropping dirt on bathroom sink ,it's old and needs replacing. Left a review on another site with a reply as to I should have told housekeeping. Well maybe the rooms should be inspected to make sure it's up to scratch. We did report the bin and that wasn't removed for 24 hrs. No smoking rooms but the benches are right outside the rooms where ppl smoke. Perhaps remove them to another area? Please don't make excuses for laziness. Not sure why it's called international. The photos on the websites are very old ,taken when place was new,as the garden at front is overgrown and hiding relevant signage. Wasn't a lot for housekeeping to do as rooms were hardly used. Place needs a big overhaul to make it decent. Please no excuses. It is close to food shops and hosp tho

Stayed for 10 days Shower floors never got cleaned ,could see water marks from shower on tiles and dust on floor Sky light in bathroom over sink needs replacing it's so old and falling apart,I walked into the bathroom and dust and grit was on the sink from falling out of skylight. Very dark rooms need light on in corner room at end near office Rubbish bin was left full with roaches and flies paying visits ,outside around the corner from my room for 2 days ,finally partner had to go ask for it to be removed ,that took 24 hrs ! Carpets in one room had stains,my fridge light didn't work, found a dead fly on a newly left hand towel in my room one afternoon. Sheets were changed on day 4. Towels were replaced daily which was good. Not very friendly, left to our own devices never many people staying in the 10 days we were there. Wouldn't stay again. HJ and good food places were almost next door and walkable . Bed mattress protector was too small, think it was a double size on a Queen bed and didn't reach the edges by about 4 or 5 inches Old AC that had to be cranked up to feel anything on the hottest days. Reception light switch was very grey and dirty and so was the tap on the water cooler. No AC on in reception when we arrived .I had to mention how hot it was ,I was dropping sweat. So she reluctantly turned it on but it didn't matter by that point. Took 15 min to check in . Asking why I have 2 rooms booked ,explained 3 times I was paying for both rooms,printer wouldn't work.

The room was a bit "worn" carpet was fraying. Bed and pillow felt old. Grounds were unkept. Large number of trees and palms in the grounds but leaves and tree rubbish everywhere. It looks like it was weeks since a good yard cleanup was done. The one staff member I spoke to was friendly *Sam and the room was clean and tidy but I can find a better value elsewhere in Bundaberg

I stay in a lot of country motels for work. When I walked into my room I was very pleasantly surprised. Very spacious room with big windows allowing a lot of natural lighting. All furniture, fittings and bed in great condition, possibly newly refurbished. The bathroom was excellent and appeared newly refurbished. The room and bathroom were SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. The staff we very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant food for both dinner and breakfast was great. This will always be my go to motel in Bundaberg and I highly recommend it.

The bathroom drains where discusting the spa was dirty.all the glasses plates and cups where filthy when I went to ask for clean ones she wasn't very impressed.couldnt contact house keeping hd to walk to the office.the grounds where also very unkept even the carpark out the front of the unit was dirty and cigarey butts everywhere.when I told reception about my issues with cleanliness she screwd her nose up at me and had no comment besides putting her hand out and said keys then putting the eftpost machine on counter said pin and then basically turned her nose up at me and turned away.wgile waiting for my taxi to arrive she ran into the room like I had stolen or done something to the room.. And one more thing the airconditioning/heater in the living area made a huge noise like it was going to blow up..it was my birthday gift to stay Thier and I was very disappointed and would like a refund

Very pleasant staff. Comfortable beds. Reasonably priced restaurant. Some room facilities and outdoor surroundings badly in need of maintenance and upgrading.

Room was basic, furniture was rather austere and less than comfortable, the bed was comfortable enough though. But overall very dated for the price paid. Breakfast was extremely overpriced. The drain in the shower had a rather funky smell, stained tiles and small cockroaches. The crockery supplied was dirty, one mug was actually stuck to the shelf. I received a call and a voicemail at 9:25 asking me to put out breakfast tray, I was showering so didn't answer. About 10 minutes later someone was knocking at our door wanting the tray. Surely they could have waited the half hour to checkout and allowed us privacy in our overpriced room. Wouldn't stay again and wouldn't recommend.
