otima pousada, café da manhã excepcional!! atentes educados, atenciosos, td perfeito. Cama maravilha, roupa de cama mto cheirosa, banheiro com varal, pra quem vai a praia ajuda mto. maravilhosa a pousada. 10 min do das ruas das pedras caminhando.

Maravilhoso! Excelente localização. Bem em frente à praia dos ossos.

Property has plenty of charm, rooms are clean and decent sized. Bathroom needs update

Family of 8 (3 children) staying 4 nights. Few staff spoke or understood English. That explained the problems we had. First at the pool they were playing American rap music full of sexual expletives and foul words. My grandchildren brought it to my attention and I asked them to change the record !! Their hamburger, I told the waiter, was the worse I have had in my life (I’m 79). No Wi-if room 9. No signs saying toilet paper must be placed in bin and not in the bowl. Their room safe operate on batteries and when they go flat, they emit a continuous screeching noise. That only happens every six months or so, if you are lucky. My daughter and the two children, sharing a room, were unlucky and could not sleep all night. Knowing that the person on duty that night could not speak English, she did not telephone Reception. In the morning, aware of the problem I tried to communicate with the manager Mr Daniel but he was always “in a meeting”. Asked to be contacted by the pool, to no avail. On the 5th visit to Reception I complained to him but there was no apologies : it was my daughter’s fault for not contacting Reception at 1 am or so, to get them to remove the safe or move the three of them to another room. To make matters worse my daughter had a stomach bug that night. Hotel directors will not accept any responsibility for the lack of sleep of their 3 guests, tough luck ! Ms Vanessa, from Reception was extremely simpathetic towards our problem as well as the chambermaids. We were to change room but in the end I signed to have the safe removed (shelf held by safe collapsed, what a mess). Choose this hotel at your peril, but, beforehand, make sure you are a lucky person and can speak Portuguese or Spanish ! Unfortunately I can't upload the video with the noise but if Tripadvisor has a way for me to do so, please advise how I can add it to my Review. Beautiful hotel in front of the beach. Walking distance to Rua das Pedras. Water taxi in front of the hotel. The hotel is super clean and the staff ia very friendly. The food by the restaurant pool is very good.

Muy buena pousada, muy cercana al centro de Buzios, muy limpio, un poco antiguo el mobiliario pero cumplió con mis expectativas, es un lugar q recomendaría sobre todo por su ubicación q es privilegiada, cercana cercana a la playa, desayuno exquisito, todo muy bueno, siempre hay cosas que mejorar, pero fue una muy buena experiencia, totalmente recomendado

Excelente pousada com localização em frente à Praia dos Ossos. Café da manhã muito bom, estacionamento e opções pós praia (piscina , sauna e bar). Funcionários educadíssimos com destaque para o gerente Sr Carlos que nos tratou muito bem. Quartos espaçosos e preços justos com excelente custo benefício. Meu lugar favorito pra hospedagem em Búzios.

Muito limpo, café da manhã muito bem servido e bem variado. Pessoal do atendimento cordial e prestativo. Piscina de bom tamanho, praia bem tranquila bem próxima, a poucos passos da Pousada. Excelente localização, numa região com muitas opções de bons restaurantes. Fácil caminhada até a rua das Pedras, sem necessidade de pegar o carro.

O quarto foi muito bom e confortável, o único problema é que só arrumam a cama a cada dois dias. O café é satisfatório porém tem pouca variedade e muitas coisas acabavam cedo e não eram repostas ou seja, apenas quem chegava na hora em que o café abria é que conseguia comer algumas coisas, se você chegasse em qualquer outro horário precisaria comer oq restou
