I booked this hotel last minute after deciding to leave where I had planned to stay overnight. There weren’t a lot of economical choices remaining. The hotel lobby is somewhat lavish, the room I had was basic, but clean (especially compared to where I’d left!), and the bed was comfortable. Walls are a little thin, so you can hear folks in the hallway, and the hotel is generally a little worn. But a good value for the price.

Filthy, not maintained for a decade (right out to a dirt road with a wet market with fish blood running in floods of filthy water) Mold and dirt everywhere, hallway floors coming to pieces. Breakfast really bad

We just stayed here for just one night, the hotel is in a good position overlooking the river and only a minutes walk from the night markets and restaurants. Our room was really big with a large bathroom and a comfortable bed. We were high up but could still hear the noise of the early market set up at around 3 am so maybe take ear plugs. The buffet breakfast was really good with lots of choice and they accommodated our very early start. The staff were friendly :-)

Very disappointed, might of been the highlight a while back but definitely not a 4 star hotel, only stayed one night that was enough. Mouldy , outdated , dirty, shower blocked , and must be cost savings cause the whole place was hot and sticky apart from the rooms . Only had toast for the breakfast food looked a few days old the staff was friendly though ✅ place needs a facelift . not recommended until that happens.

We stopped overnight as part of a tour to the city. The room was wonderfully huge! Clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff walked us through all the room amenities and left us to relax. Good location with a nice walk to restaurants and night markets. Breakfast was served early - from 6am, with a wide selection of food to suit everyone. From check in to check out, we enjoyed our stay and would happily use the hotel again.

Run down, mouldy, smelly. Luckily we only stayed one night as part of a tour but was very disappointed in the accommodation. The only good thing is the room and bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was passable for one night stay. Would not recommend.

Luckily we were only here for 1 night as part of a tour. This supposed 4 star hotel has seen better days. Old, dirty, across the road from the wet market. Granted we had a very spacious room and bathroom, but that is the only positive thing I can say. No room service, no hair dryer although they did get one for me from, I presume, a 5 star room. Breakfast was awful with very little western choices and flies on food. Poor communication and very little English spoken or understood. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

Unfortunately the hotel is not at the level it was before Covid.. The staff is totally useless, the morning buffet when you get up early at 6 am you will see cuckroachs on the ground of the restaurant... Rooftop bar doesn t exist at all and everything is in ruin.. it was my last time there I won t be back.. Terrible to avoid !
