Une fois arrivé sur place on me demande de fournir ma carte bancaire comme caution car apparement il y a un problème avec Trip.com, je présente ma carte sans soucis et le lendemain en voulant faire le check-out IBIS me demande de repayer le montant de la réservation car ils disent ne pas avoir reçu le paiement de la part de Trip.com, je refuse et j’appelle le service de Trip.com qui me dit de ne rien payer et ils appellent IBIS pour leur expliquer la situation du coup IBIS m’informe que c’est bon et je quitte l’hôtel sans rien payer, or quelques heures plus tard je reçois une notification de ma banque m’indiquant que IBIS ont prélevé le montant sur ma carte. Maintenant je me retrouve à payer deux fois le même montant !!

The staff were friendly and attentive. We had a couple of problems with our room but everything was soon addressed. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. The hotel is centrally placed and close to the airport shuttle bus.

Small room, the bed was very comfortable and we had a view of the medieval city from a room at the back of the hotel. Air con did not work, had been switched to heat only, so we found the room very warm.
Staffe werevery friendly and helpful during our stay, and breakfast was good. Excellent location for exploring the old and new towns

I booked this hotel for two nights. The hotel is rundown and in need of a refurb. The draught excluder on the door was loose and I had to pull on the door to close it but the worst thing was the single beds. It was a base with a flimsy two inch thick mattress topper (I've attached photos) which were very uncomfortable and moved around the bed during the night causing a fall out of the bed. I reported this to the manager who told me that a member of staff must have put the mattress toppers on upside down and told me that should I return she would look after me. Needless to say I have no intention of returning and asked for a refund. She then changed her tone and made a veiled threat about defamation of her beds and that she is too busy to answer my emails. I have stayed in over thirty Ibis hotels all over the world and can assure her that I have never seen a bed like this before. I have also contacted Ibis head office who have not seen fit to respond. I am now going to post this review on every social media platform that I can find

The staff are unfriendly here, apart from one guy who was great but had problems with the manager who in my opinion should not be in the hospitality business. She acted like we where an inconvenience to her and she seemed to over power the other staff with her unfriendly attitude. The rooms are really small . The only thing its got going for it is the close proximity to the castle cite. And the centre. I will find somewhere else to stay next time.

The hotel is located in front of a park and has close proximity to the town with plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities. It is walking distance from the ancient walled city grounds. The hotel breakfast is very good and you can eat indoors or on the outdoor patio. It is a great spot and I would stay there again.

Location, breakfast very good, staff welcoming and helpful. Airport shuttle bus drops off and picks up from Le Dome about 5 minutes walk. Room size is compact and not much storage space other than the wardrobe. Bars and restaurants within 15 minute walk toards the train station and canal du midi in one direction and walled city over the footbridge in the other direction.

Friendly and helpful staff. Small room but great location making everything in walkable distance. Close to the medieval city, close to the canal to walk along, close to the town square for restaurants and shopping.
