I got here late from airport because my flight was delayed so I didn’t even get to check into the hotel until Sunday 4/25 around 3 or 4am. I noticed the room has a view, but the windows don’t even open and when I went to the front desk to see if there were any rooms with balconies, they stated they had 0. It’s just frustrating that I wanted this trip to be perfect as a graduation gift to myself and I’ve literally gotten terrible service. A few minutes ago I went down to try and use the pool and I was refused. I had to ask an individual I seen leave the pool how he was able to get in. He stated, he showed his reservation and wristband And was automatically allowed in. I had to go up 7 floors, then all the way back down with the wristbands, and once I tried to ask for entry into the pool, I was refused and told to come back at 12:30pm. At that point I wanted to just book a different room but the receptionist stated I needed to contact the company I booked the room through in order for further assistance. Before I even went to him, I contacted trip.com and was advised to contact the hotel. I’ve literally been getting the run around.
