It’s clean, quiet & I love that they have a gym. I had an issue with my room key not working and it was resolved quickly with ease.

The main door open automatically and bringing all leaflets from trees in, but no one is cleaning them. The lobby smell of detergent seems like smell of médecine; smell is like you were in an hospital.

The beds and bathrooms appear clean. The carpet and sofa bed were quite gross, and other parts of the hotel are do not smell great. It is not worth the price we paid.

Hotel was in great location. Ice Machine was very loud all night. First Floor (pool) has a very distinct smell. Breakfast was cool. Room was cozy.

This property was very Mediocre. The carpets were Filthy and stained. The bed sheets were nasty and unclean, we had to request a room change plus the bathroom had no hot water. I would never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone honestly.

Staff was fine but the place was not like it was depicted on *******. Photographer was great evidently. I looked at another place before this and wish I would have went with them. Whole place smelled funny and the carpet needed to be replaced 5 or so years ago. Burn stains in the floor. Gym smelled like a teenagers locker room. Felt like no a/c in gym. Some equipment not in working order. 1 star facility only because the staff was nice

The room was decent. What I didn't like was the davenport had an old stained mattress inside. The mattress should have been replaced or at the least covered with a mattress pad.

TheI sleeper sofa didn’t have a blanket and pillow which we didn’t find out till we went to bed. They brought it to us. The next night it wasn’t there again. We had to wait to bring it. The toilet wasn’t working. They wanted us to switch rooms, we were already in bed. Finally they found a plunger and we had to fix it. And last the ice machine room was flooded.
