Stayed at PHC en route to the alps for spring skiing. Beautiful boutique hotel. Staff and service were impeccable. Only reason for a lost star was rather disappointing tasting menu. Would recommend a la carte over it. Will stay at PHC again very happily.

We stayed here as a family over my birthday and we were treated so well by the lovely hotel staff. The rooms were beautiful and unique, the location is in the heart of the old town, the cocktails were fabulous and we all loved our stay - sadly we were only there for one night but we wish it had been more. Each room is individual and the building itself is really special and stylishly decorated. A hidden gem!

What a fantastic hotel , beautifully restored rooms , great service and food all in the center of Chambery , the Cafe attached to hotel is a buzzy little place for an evening drink as well Tip; Park in Q park in the Castle and come out lower door and hotel is right there

Absolutely fantastic….from the minute you arrive you are treated to complete perfect service and the hotel is beautiful in every aspect….designed to such a high standard ultra stylish at the same time retaining this historical feel….the food service is one of the highest we experienced in France and the young assistant manger couldn’t be more helpful…efficient and strong….he was perfect in moving heavy cases with ease. Breakfast was 5 star…..Dinner 6 star…bar…6 star…. Courtesy 6 star.

This hotel is a gem in Chambery. An amazing hotel on a perfect location, excellent breakfast. High standard accommodation with all the goodies. Close to perfection and a very nice staff. Thanks a lot Charlotte and Jerome.

We really struggled to control the heating in our rooms and ended up opening up the windows during the night and then having to get up to close the windows when traffic started moving in the morning. Otherwise, the rooms were v nice.

Charming boutique hotel in the center of Chambery. Tastefully and comfortably created and decorated high end establishment with nice spa facilities and restaurant. English speaking charming, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

What a perfect place to discover Chambéry. Everything is perfect, from the rooms, breakfast, location and don't forget to enjoy the private swimming + spa space. This all with very friendly staff, it was for me and my family an perfect experience! Hope to come back soon.

A lovely stay in an absolutely wonderful hotel. Fine dining at its best, a bistro you dream of. And the indoor pool with your booked alone time was a treat, including the Hamam. All is so nicely curated!
