Saya memiliki keadaan darurat untuk mengunjungi kekasih saya yang berada di rumah sakit di Tampa, Lt. Niat saya adalah untuk berada di sana selama satu hari. Saya hanya di kamar hotel saya selama beberapa jam dan saya kemudian saya check out. Di luar diserbu kecoak dan tidur dengan lampu menyala dan sarapan di bawah sarapan sekolah, menginapnya tahan lama🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️.

It’s a great location close to airport and restaurants. Rooms were clean. No extra towels, rude staff and didn’t have rooms available for handicapped persons on bottom floor. I’ll stay elsewhere for a better stay next time.

I had some trouble to get into my room because somehow the card and lock did not work together possibly I was told that it was cold weather. I was not able to get into my room after going to the office 5 times to get a new card to try to get the door to open. After that, finally, they gave me a room to sleep until the next day. Around 830 or so they got my door open so I was able to get my belongings. The staff did the best but they could have given me a room after the 2nd try on the card/lock door that did not open. I was cold, uncomfortable, had to go to bathroom and had to hold my bowels until after the 5 try to open the door, they decided to give me another room. For the future...they should give a room until they work out the kinks on the door...Other than that all was well. Not happy for the delay...but hope they do better for someone else in the future. The room was 217. It needs possibly a new card/lock.

This motel is right beside a small airport. The planes do not land at night after a certain time, but it is noisy during the day. Our room had a weird smell to it. For a Best Western we were disappointed. The breakfast is ok. The front desk is friendly if you don’t get the older lady who doesn’t seem to know anything. They did give us a discount on another night stay when our flight got canceled, so that was nice. We would not stay here again.

The first night we arrived to check in, the front desk could be more welcoming, dressed professional, the keys ended up not working, so we were locked out the first night and were cold. The second night that we got back, the keys were working as the box was glowing green and yet we were still once again locked out for quite a while this time and we were freezing cold and had to wait in the car and it was almost 2:00 in the morning. It took a long time for them to come to the conclusion to give us another room so that we at least had a room to sleep in since everything was already reserved and booked at a time, and with no way of going to a bathroom in the front desk check-in area, we have to walk all the way back to our room to use a restroom.

The staff was super friendly and probably the only redeeming thing about this place. The room itself was not particularly clean (though not nasty). One of the beds in my room was broken (fortunately I'm a solo traveler so that barely affected me), and the overall condition of the furniture was supbar. That being said, the cleaning staff and the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful and I always had access to clean linens, towels, blankets, etc. If you're coming to the area for a work trip or any sort of extended stay, I wouldn't suggest here. I spent two weeks there and wasn't overly satisfied. If you're just passing through and need a place to stay for a night or two, then this place is a solid choice, especially if you're on a budget. Biggest pro? No bugs, ants, bedbugs, or spiders in the room. And again, housekeeping and front desk staff were super friendly and pleasent to deal with.

The room did not seem like it had gotten a deep clean. I wish the bathroom had gotten refurbished in addition to the room itself. It also smelled very musty and smoky, even though we had a non smoking room. The breakfast food was mediocre at best. The staff were very friendly, that is the only plus.
