Lobby and common areas are nice. The room itself was nice but had a broken cabinet and the paint on the roof of the bathroom was all peeling off (likely due to humidity). I stayed for 6 nights and my room was not cleaned during my stay (I would expect some fresh towels and for the garbage to be taken out at a minimum.) While walking back and forth to the parking lot I noticed some empty beer cans laying along the walkways. Also one night there were some very noisy guests partying in one of the rooms down the hall (but this could happen at any hotel).

Good price very beautiful rooms. The rugs need serious cleaning especially the carpet in the elevator they really stink. Other then the stinky, dirty carpets it was an overall wonderful stay.

When I checked this would have been the 4th time I had been here in the past come months to go fishing and ******. Last time room 200 the ac unit wasn’t working and had to change rooms after several attempts to repair. Was very hot in the room. I requested that I was in a room with work ac because of my concussion. The ac didn’t work in 428 either. After my daughter went swimming she had a shower. The drain in the floor was plugged or something. Flooded the bathroom and walkway into the room. Called down stairs to nobody showing up. In the am called again and some one came up and gave us more towels. Requested for a clean up and nobody showed after waiting for hours. Wasn’t able to go fishing as that was the reason for the stay. Will never use this hotel again. Customers issues are not heard or fixed as I was told room 200 is still having issues and many complaints. Zero stars for this stay.

Such a beautiful hotel! The rooms are designed so gorgeously and the artwork everywhere is awesome. Staff is super helpful. Breakfast is amazing and open until 11am which is unheard of. Pool and hot tub areas were a little messy and without towels but staff were right there to help. Location is quiet and beautiful with only a short drive to Cold Lake. ****** is a short walk beside the hotel so it didn't affect the hotel traffic.

The fire alarm went off as some teens were vaping @ the pool so we had to evacuate with our dogs which was a nuisance. When we got there to check in, the elevator wasn’t working. Also, for a non smoking hotel, the halls smelled of **** and full garbage bags were left outside the rooms. Parents… or staff need to monitor the halls pool area. However, the staff was friendly, the room was good and the free breakfast was excellent.

This hotel has such potential, however it is so dirty and run down. The toilet in the room was gross, the shower floor was black with dirt, broken furniture, no closet doors worked. The floor in the entrance,kitchen and bathroom were so dirty you had to wear shoes, they stuck to the floor with every step. Cleaned shoes before leaving in bathroom sink and the water coming off them was black.The elevators were filthy, the halls and floors were filthy. Not once did we see any person cleaning. The hot tub was so dirty, absolute turn off. I do not recommend staying here.
