Crowne Plaza Concord/Walnut Creek

We stayed at the Concord Plaza with a whole football team and it was great! The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The hotel was full and the atmosphere was great! The rooms were older but we had a good nights rest. If you are ever in Concord I would recommend this hotel.

We got there Monday morning asked for extra towels , left for the day came back no towels .. Tuesday morning went to take a shower an it-sprayed out the seal was broken , flush the toilet an handle gets stuck didn’t know so it ran an ran an ran tell I pulled Handel up .. so I call to desk am the phone cord has a short in it .. which then I was like this is the worst. Talk to front desk an tell them all the issues so I told them it’s my bday we will be gone all day can this stuff be fixed an please again towels an toilet paper. Well we get back 8:30 ish nothing fixed , No towels, no toilet paper, I call again, I’m so sorry I can send someone right up, I said we have been gone all day we’re going to bed now but can u do it in the morning , so again gone all day come back late again nothing done no towels no toilet paper so I just decided to go to the office cause I’m getting no we’re with this, I talk to a man a woman an told them everything they gave me towels an toilet paper an offered to give me a new room but by the 3 rd day of using the same towels an sparing toilet paper plus we we’re leaving that morning not worth changing rooms… oh an they gave me a 49.00 credit back to my card for the stay for the inconvenience but this was the worst …

和酒店前台説了，和收拾房間服務員説了，就是沒人打掃房間。這服務態度沒誰了。正常酒店都是打掃房間，這個酒店水破大天也沒人理，也沒人打掃房間。

The hotel was clean and kept up. I got mixed attitudes from different staff. Some very friendly some very cold and unwelcoming. I was disappointed the pool was closed. The walls were so thin I could hear tv and full conversations in the rooms on either side. Also lost an hour sleep as someone next door was getting ready to leave between 4-5 am because the walls are so thin. I was a little surprised there was nothing to eat for breakfast just coffee that I got in the room. It was convenient to stay the night for the convention even though it’s only 20 miles from home. I may stay again for the convenience, but I won’t recommend it to any family or friends I like.

The property has a lot of potential. Is very dated in the rooms, needs remodeling. Staff was nice, court yard is very nice, needs chairs and tables to enjoy. restaurant is not open much. We stay there often, it's very convenient for us. good for the price. parking behind gate.

I stayed there a few times and said I would never stay again because they are so rude. I thought well it’s been a while I will try it again, not only are they still rude and unhelpful, no matter how polite you try to be they just act like you are beneath them and don’t even acknowledge you. The place is falling apart, the jacuzzi was broken, washer and dryer were broken, the printer was broken in the business center.

This hotel is adjacent to a small airport. There were sketchy characters immediately outside of the hotel, one of whom approached me and my children. The jacuzzi inside the hotel was inoperable - this was the only reason I chose this hotel, so needless to say I was displeased. The room was not thoroughly clean when we arrived. Parking is not free. Overall, I would not return to this hotel.

The rooms are very out dated. The carpet in the room had so many stains. The bathrooms are so small, if your taking a shower the door blocks the shower so you practically climb over the toilet. The door blocks everything in the bathroom. They should concider pocket doors for a
