The entertainment staff was very fun to be around. We had a great time and Angel, RB, Roger were the most enjoyable. Kudos to our waitress, Wilma, very attentive to us every day we stayed

The staff on reception was rude girls were mad all the time, we were when the weather was really bad and they did not do activities to entertain people or warm the pool so people could enjoy at leaste that even Jacuzzi was cold

This resort was amazing, we loved everything about it. The food was great, awesome entertaining at the pool and by the beach. Beautiful beach walking distance. The girls at the kids club are super great with the kids, highly recommend them, Cecilia and Merari. The girl at the guest service was also great, Aeleen, she helped me get a cake for my kids bday.

There is no room service and no place to have a snack between meals. While staying at an all-inclusive hotel, I was hungry for a few days and wanted to go home quickly.
And It's difficult to make reservations for special dinners. I only used the buffet.
The facilities are outdated, the paint in the bathroom is falling off, and water is dripping from the ceiling where the sink is due to a leak from the upper floor. The kids water park is broken and I don't want to come back.
There are events for children at the kids club. About 30 minutes each
There is a show at the theater in the evening.

We stayed for 8 days. The first 4 was in the regular rooms and the other half we upgraded to premium. We definitely preferred the premium rooms for how close they were to the beach. I have seen mixed reviews on the snorkeling at the resort, but we snorkeled just about everyday we were here and saw plenty of different fish and sting rays. We even saw a lion fish and a lobster having a stand off lol. Also recommend the snorkeling trip through the hotel. We went out 2 days in a row and each time was excellent.

The people really make this place. The staff what kind and polite and always smiling. The resort is very beautiful and expansive. There are many activities throughout the day, the beach is lovely and if you want a quiet, family place away from the hustle of central Cozumel this is a good option.

Stayed for a last minute scuba trip. Met our needs perfectly. We did a 2 tank dive every am (on site Pro divers, good company but expensive) then just relaxed every afternoon. Food was middle of the road for all inclusive, but decent. We always had choices. Room was clean and well serviced. Beach was lovely, could snorkel and see a few radom sea creatures. I think we were there at a quiet time, which we prefer. Quiet, chill resort. If you're looking to party, not the right place. If you want to dive and relax, a great Cozumel spot. Plan to return.
