It was only one night but it was memorable:) . Great location. Great staff…. And crescent butte was just a dream! Highly recommend!

Had a great time. All of the staff were friendly and helpful! Renting equipment at the hotel was easy and quick! Putting the equipment in the valet was super easy and quick.
Great space on the 1st floor to hang out while kids had are within view and have space to move around a play.

Very nice property with a great location right in front of the ski lifts! The price is great for the level of luxury, rooms were large for a family of 5, kitchenette was perfect and allows us to bring food for the whole day. Beds were not the most comfortable but that’s the only complaint. Pool and hot tubs were perfect after a day on the slopes!

Very close to lifts, hotel is very dated but from reading other reviews prior, I was expecting worse than what we actually experienced. The room had a great view of the slopes/mountain, good sized room, HOWEVER, I found trash from presumably prior guests when we arrived in the room, old food under the sofa/bed, musty smell to room (had to leave balcony door open). Refrigerator barely worked, room was not clean. Could hear all noises in the hallways (college kids partying), it was OKAY. An elevator also was down causing delays, and another guest entered my room unnannounced! This was likely the worst of it, I reported it to the front desk and was given the explanation of "our doors don't close properly?" Am speaking with mgmt on this. Good luck with this place...would not stay again.

The hotel is lovely and slopeside, with terrific views of the slopes or valley views for fall leaves. The only issue is the fees that are charged in addition to your room fee. While the $32 amenities fee is clearly disclosed and the fee for pets is also discussed in writing, there is no mention of the $30 self parking fee. (Which is also first come first serve!) so whatever your rate that is quoted, add $60+ to your total bill. Very disappointing for an off season stay, when many of the amenities are not used and parking is not an issue.

The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows way too soft, the furniture in the one bedroom was very uncomfortable. the water was not hot, we had lukewarm showers, low water pressure. The staff that handled the bike storage was exceptionaly friendly, Jose restaurant staff was great, food was ok

The biggest disappointment was the fact that they charge $30 per night for parking. I understand this in a big city, but Crested Butte? The room was very nice overall, but very little sound proofing. The room next door has their TV on pretty loud and I could hear it as if it was in my room. In the morning, I could hear everyone that walked by. The room had everything one could need, except a blow dryer. There were a couple of extra towels under the sink in the bathroom and upon looking at them, I noticed that they were very dirty, so I threw them in the pile of used towels before I left.

Elevations is our go-to hotel when we visit CB. It is under new management. The hotel is consistently clean well-located, and the staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. It is also very dog-friendly, though the $30/day per dog fee is a gouge. The hotel is due for a refresh but is still tidy, and we look forward to staying there again soon. The restaurant is Guatemalan-style, with tasty food but a limited menu. I deduce the owners are from Guatemala. The options we tried were delicious but perhaps misplaced in a ski resort, where traditional pub food might be a better fit after a day of skiing in the winter or hiking and mountain biking in the summer.
