Tui Blue Sarigerme Park

Our family of 4 with a 13 and 17 year old have just arrived back in the UK this morning after a 10 night stay. This was our first visit to Turkey and our first holiday in an all inclusive hotel and it was amazing! All I can find to say are positive things about our stay. The hotel and grounds are beautiful with a wonderful sandy beach which is nice and shallow for younger children. The fantastic staff are what really made the holiday for us. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and the service was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. The boys highlight was going scuba diving with Sarigerme Diving which is located on the beach next to the water sports area. Huseyin and the team really looked after them.

I am not going to make it as simple as possible: it has been 16 years we have spent in this magnificent hotel ( i am 18 years old) and hopefully we will continue to gather more memories as years pass @ Tui Blue Sarigerme. One can experience everything. There are many things to do for everyone.

I was desperate to take my mum for a lovely holiday. She’s a wheelchair user and I was really nervous about making sure everything would be appropriate and easy for her. This park is vastly undersold in the advertising. She uses a manual wheelchair so I needed things to be relatively flat and easy to navigate. This was PERFECT! There were no areas we want to go that we could not get to. Sun longers reserved for the week without asking so we could access the beach, a hoist chair so she could access the sea and swim for the first time in many years. Friendly, helpful and generally lovely staff. Great food and a variety that would surely suit everyone. I was worried about finding things to do that would be able to accommodate the wheelchair and access - no need! We had everything we could possibly want at the hotel complex. I couldn’t find a single thing to complain about if I tried. Everything was spotless and beautiful from the room to the wider grounds. From my initial enquiry to leaving, it literally couldn’t have been easier. TUI and Sarigerme Park, I salute you. What a great bunch of people!

Great hotel with lots of good activities. I really liked the exercise classes . There are lots of options for everyone. Also evening entertainment was really good , normally they tend to be not as entertaining in most all inclusive hotels but Sarigerme park was great with them. Food was great but I wouldn’t recommend the Ala cart restaurant. I felt like they were trying too hard to make it a posh menu but it just didn’t work. Staff was great. Especially Omur at reception , he was brilliant / friendly / helpful. They could have done better with their toiletries in the rooms , given the prices. Also wine selection could be better , again , they have premium prices . Some other all inclusive hotels I have been in Turkey had a lot better selection with same price stays. Over all , I’ll give a shout out to exercises classes and reception stuff particularly.

Our second trip to Sarigerme and only challenge was the intense July heat!! The rooms are clean and well maintained, the service is excellent, and the food is delicious and plentiful. Berk was once again our TUI Blue Guide and he is an absolute superstar. The pool area was understandably far busier than our Sept trip the year previous, but we could still get sun beds for 5 of us. Only tiny thing that would improve the all inclusive nature would be that all drinks are included as it was confusing this time around.

Fantastic last minute find on Tui website. We had booked a late break and wanted to go somewhere sunshine was guaranteed. This hotel is magic. The majority of guests here are German and therefore everything seemed a little more efficient and well thought through. Although the staff do speak English we found our German language skills improving throughout the week. They even offer a Turkish language lesson which is a nice touch. Activities wise, I really enjoyed the archery and did that every day. The fitness sessions were also great. The bikes at Sarigerme Park were the best we’ve come across on these types of holidays and the organised tours were super. Staff super friendly and helpful. Beds could be considered a bit uncomfortable but they were able to provide a mattress topper which certainly helped. Food was tasty and plentiful. The bread was something else, lots of different types baked fresh every day. The coffee was really good and we probably drank too much of it. This was the first time we’d done all inclusive. I have to say the wine wasn’t that great, even some we bought was not to our taste. However, I wouldn’t mark the hotel down for that as it’s not really what we went for.

This was possibly the best holiday I have had. The hotel is stunning, with immaculately looked-after gardens and a backdrop of mountains and forests on one side and a beach and an island on the other. Every area of the hotel was spotlessly clean and the service was fantastic. The staff were all really friendly and listening to them seamlessly switch between English, German, and Turkish when serving different guests was very impressive! The food was some of the best I have had at any hotel and there was always plenty of choice at which ever restaurant you want to eat at. The BBQ in the garden area of the hotel was fantastic and the meal at the Levante restaurant was delicious and the service was amazing. We went in the last week of October, which was the last week of the whole season and the weather was sunny and hot every day (I think we were lucky) and the hotel was also fairly quiet so we never struggled to find a place by the pool or at the beach - and we were a family of 14! The entertainment is definitely the best I have seen on an all inclusive holiday and you wouldn't have known the season was winding down by the energy that all the acts brought to the stage. The ampitheatre is also a nice venue to sit and watch the shows and there was always something going on later at night at the Purple Turtle beach bar. Overall every detail was very well thought through but I do have a few *******/suggestions for improvement. My main issue is that the aircon in our room did not work and we struggled to sleep at night as a result. I reported this on the first day via the TUI Blue app and a few days later at the reception but it was not fixed for the duration of our stay. In fairness to the hotel, we were the only ones out of our group of 14 that had this issue so I think we were unlucky. The other issue is that the cocktail menu needs looking at - this has been mentioned in other reviews and I can see why. A lot of the 'classic' cocktails aren't available on the all-inclusive and you have to pay a supplement to drink them. The cocktails that are included aren't great and I tried a few early in the stay and then stuck to beer and wine! These are very minor issues though and I will definitely be coming back to this hotel next year. Thank you for a fantastic holiday!

Smiling personnel & good food & spacious facility & perfect landscape which makes you jog mornings inside the facility & beach itself is perfect & 7/24 water and mineral water distribution from the fridge This was my second visit of the facility in series, both were business related. I would definitely go there again either for business or private vacation.

It's a great place to go on vacation. The hotel's location is excellent. Thanks to the island, the sea is very calm. The staff is very friendly. The food is plentiful and delicious. Thank you, everybody, for the wonderful memories
