It is a lovely hotel for business or short trip to Denizli. Hotel is just few kilometers from city center and Pamukkale touristic places. Rooms are large with a nice bathroom and very clean. Breakfast is good and dinner last night was very delicious. Prices are reasonable but top of everything, they have great staff friendly and on top of their duties.

Be better if you speak Turkish ,language was a big challenge
Ordered wine by pointing to one of the bottles on the display but told I couldn’t buy it because it’s not in their computer.
No wine list so had to point to what they had and then couldn’t buy it.

This property is not as advertised and the reviews are out of date. Online refers to “5 star” and I’m not sure how. The AC doesn’t work throughout the entire building and when asked the response was “open your window”. To which we did to loud barking dogs all night across the street. Thermometer registered 31C in our room. The outdoor pool was completely green and unusable. The rooftop lounge wasn’t open. Non smoking rooms stunk of cigarettes and had ashtrays. It was hard to get service in the restaurant even for a bottle of wine. The list goes on. Hate to leave such a negative review but people should be aware. Would highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Stayed as member of group tour. We were given 2 big rooms which were having all facilities including fitness bycycle. Bathroom was big and having nice tub. Breakfast was normal and buffet dinner was so so as it was practically too crowded because of many groups.Hotel is in very isolated place where some industrial buildings are situated. Hotel is good for 3 star category.

location are far away from the city. should order taxi and wait around 20 min. the rooms are clean Comfortable bed. breakfast aria are good overlooking the pool the food are poor don't have many things to choose. i meet the recaption and ask about GYM, he told me there are now GYM later i see in the elevator that in the hotel there are GYM. HE don't understand English however, the staff were good

Staff mostly unable to speak English, cheating with customers, air conditioning not working and telling you it will be fixed in 30'. Pool not monitored as staff hides to smoke and put music louders at top noise. In very clise proximity there is a disc
