리셉션 직원이 사무적이고 좀 매너리즘 느낌. 힐튼 맞나 싶을정도의 주차장 시설. 냉장고는 작동하지 않는다. 생수 2통 있음. 싼맛에 잠만 자러 옴

I went with my friend last year, I was very satisfied, I liked the rooms very much, the view is very nice, the food of Diyarbakır, I recommend it to everyone else, let them go and look at the historical monument, they also have a taste of their food.

6pm arrival to a mostly empty hotel, but no way to check in because all systems are down. Wait half an hour and then realize we could have checked in before but reception could not care less. Go up to room and temperature is at a hellish 32 Celsius. Thermostat does not allow to go below 26. Asked for a room change but in over a half hour they could not deliver anything working properly, Receptionist with an attitude and they the audacity to explain how temperature works. Told me 5 minute and would send somebody to have a room ready, but after 20 minutes nothing. Manage on site could not care less about the situtation. Two guests checked in and complained about temprature as well. It is my fourth time this year at a Hilton Garden Inn. It is pittyfyl to see how the chain has taken advantage of the pandemic to save on many basic services

Otel eskimeye başlamış teknik anlamda eksiklikler çok en başta sıcak su sorunu var. Personel iyi ve güler yüzlü yeri fena değil. Kahvaltısı ortalamanın altında. İyileştirmek için çok çaba sarf edilmiyor gibi
