When we arrived, my credit card was declined for some reason. They were kind enough to let us pay cash, so I had to walk across the street and withdraw the money. Otherwise, it was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The shower didn’t drain and dirt chunks were coming into the tub. The beds were clean and comfortable. There was a guest with dogs barking early in the morning and breakfast was less than average.

Our stay here was unpleasant. The bathroom was not clean. There was black mold by the toilet. The towels were yellow and paper thin. The comforter had dried blood on it. The breakfast looked too gross to even try. I would not recommend staying here.

Another great stay at Quality Inn & Suites! The staff granted me an early check-in, which I really appreciated! Amenities are top-notch for a very reasonable price. Will stay again soon!

This motel almost reminds me back in the early days back when I was 11 or 12! The only thing i saw about the room it was like there looked like a few spots on the ceiling had a few mold spots!

This is my first ******* stay at Quality Inn in Eau Claire. For the price, this motel easily saves you $20-$30/night over other nearby motels with similar services. Amazing, kind staff, pool and hot tub, granite tabletops in the breakfast area make you feel like you’re at a 5-star resort. I am a healthcare traveler and really appreciate the hospitality and ability to feel like I’m on vacation while I work!

This is the second time I have stayed at this property in about a month. The first time was fine--nothing stood out. This time, the pool was not usable for some reason. Also, the latch on one of the outside doors would not latch when then door closed unless the lever was pulled from the inside. The breakfast was also OK--nothing great. In addition, the bathroom sink drained slowly. Finally, when I turned on the switch to the room, I noticed that the microwave started up as well as the refrigerator, so I was careful to not turn off the switch.
