Hotel was not up kept. Pool area lights were out no ability to turn on hot tub. Vending machines and ice machines out of order. Very little to no hot water. TV service kept cutting out. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Overall a 3 out of 5

All of the sheets in the hotel were covered in static electricity. Hotel staff did not take our complaint seriously, this resulted in *****ping the bed of sheets and using just the comforter to sleep. How house keeping staff did not notice the static electricity is beyond me.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were places in the carpet that were worn, and the one towel rack in the bathroom was miles from the shower. Overall, it was good and I would consider staying there again.

The room was clean but could use updated. Furniture was scratched. There was no slip resistant mat or skids on tub floor. My husband slipped and fell!

The rug as you entered the room was badly stained and there was a slight stain on the sheet at the very top, but the mattress was comfortable and the free breakfast was adequate. The staff was friendly and the room clean.

Heater, outlets, refrigerator not working. Then, when I wanted to call registration (already in my pj's), the desk phone didn't work either. Wore my jacket to bed as was really cold and had to rotate charging devices with one working outlet. Towel rod was ripped off wall, not yet patched, and room was just pretty "worn".
