One of the pillows in my bedroom has not been changed any clearly smell that someone had slept on it. Someone has sweated very much, actually. The stuff was friendly and quickly gave me a replacement. This is the first time this quite often at this hotel. That definitely made me question whether I would stay there in the future, everyone is always super friendly, and that is one of the reason I love this place … :(

Had yet another great stay! This makes number 3 for us, the lobby is so welcoming and warm and the beds are amazing with a 24hr pool/hot tub.

This was a great property to stay at while waiting for the highway to reopen. They automatically gave me an upgrade, which was a great surprise. You can see the upgrades theyve been working on. The only thing they absolutely need to do, is snow removal. Their parking lot and road out were absolutely covered and cars were slipping and sliding.

The property was nicely remodeled. The common areas were cozy and the room was pleasant and clean. Good location for access to ******s and other Elko attractions. Our only complaint was the breakfast. We were given vouchers for the on-site restaurant-cold items were set-up as self service and that was not immediately clear. The hot food was prepared by the restaurant and were not self service. There seemed to be a single staff member assigned and he was busy with other duties at the time we were there. We waited a bit and then had to call out for help with the food. I would stay here again though.

A beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms and a very satisfying breakfast. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Close to lots of shopping and dining options.

The young ladies at check in. Were very nice. Morning staff not so great!! Pool was great and the kids had a blast. Rooms were very clean but beds were way too soft!

Nice room, clean and comfy bed. We selected this hotel in Elko because it has a bar and restaurant. The bar and restaurant have very limited hours. The food is mediocre at best. The bar tender was very nice but limit variety of drinks. We’ll go back but we’ll try another location for dinner.
