I was sent to a different hotel across street was lied to about everything i am sending official complaint with pictures i want my money back you crocks this place is partialarly condemned there was no breakfast it was moldy yellow from smoke lights were so dull again ybasta⁹sendiofficial complaint in mIl

My room was clean and comfortable. Very good value. I would stay overnight here again for an overnight stop. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous.

The hotel was closed on arrival due to a computer malfunction I was told so we were sent to another. The television was not working in the room we were assigned, so we had to switch rooms. The attendant was very apologetic, kind, and helpful under the circumstances, which we appreciated very much. However the bed was comfortable and everything worked. I would not risk making reservations again at this facility again.

Listed as a hotel but just a motel. Counter person said it had been closed for a year so took us to the other Magnuson in town.

Room was dirty, outlet for heater looked burned, only one towel in room with two checking in, slow flushing toilet, TV had no signal, no WI-FI code, no one ever in office on location (left me an envelope taped to door with room keys), ice machine didn’t work, no continental breakfast or even coffee or water. They have another hotel across and down the street a bit that had an attendant that was finally able to help. He was nice but everything there ******! Would NOT recommend! ******* should take both of their hotels off their list. Way too much money for nothing!

Terrible place; the power outlets, TV, and interior lights didn't work. I was completely wiped out from a very long drive and didn't have the energy to pack up and change rooms, assuming it was even possible. The only good notes: Front desk person was very friendly and the bed was comfortable so I had a nice rest. All in all not worth the cost at all.

I was looking for a hotel without smoke and that's why we stayed here. This hotel has two locations and there was a sign on the door to go down the street to the other location to get checked in. The parking spaces are very small. The Wi-Fi didn't work, the TV didn't work and the shower didn't drain well. The ice machine was broken. Traffic was loud because it's so close to the street. The bed was somewhat comfortable and clean. There was coffee in the room but no cream or sugar. If all you do is sleep (like the dead) it's okay.

Was so bad we didn’t even stay there

The room was nice, bathroom was dated but fine for my needs as I just needed a few hours of sleep.
