Aile ve arkadaşlarımız ile otelde kaldık. Otelde hizmet çok iyi, personel çok güleryüzlü, hep yardımcı ve çözümcü. Otel oldukça kaliteli. *** Fakat çok ilginç bir durum vardı, ben ve beraberinde gittiğim arkadaşlarım hayatımızda ilk defa karşılaştığımız bir durum oldu. Biz otele 12:30 gibi giriş yaptık, dolayısıyla öğle yemeği yememiz gerekiyordu İstanbul’dan gitmiştik ve açtık bizden kişi başı 965 TL yemek bedeli aldılar. Fakat otelden çıkış yaptığımız gün öğle yemeği yemeden çıktık sabah saat 11:00 gibi otelden ayrıldık, madem bir öğün yemek o kadar önemliydiyse; biz çıkış günü öğle yemeği yemediğimiz için bize neden kimse para iadesi yapmadı. BU DAVRANIŞ BİZİ OLDUKÇA ÜZDÜ. Otele gideceklere sürpriz olmasın. Hasan sağ

Most of the things were good .ski slope ,rooms ,services ,foods. The waiter yoones was so kind . The guest realation officer Nida was so helpful and kind . But the temperature of pool was not good and we couldn’t use it.there was not any programs or entertainment at nights.

Excellent example of hospitality, all of the staff were very attentive, kind and warm. Buffet was absolutely delicious with lots of options. Overall had a great experience and would recommend to everyone:)

We had an amazing holiday as a family and celebrated the new year with all our loved ones. The hospitality is incredible and we had so much fun! Our daughter loved the snow and we enjoyed skiing under the sun while feeling the powdery snow beneath our feet! Thank you for everything!!… see you very soon, hopefully.

We were pleasantly surprised by the whole experience at the Polat. The facilities have recently been renovated to a very high standard making it feel dignified but also homey. The staff from the sales manager Ardan, the guest relationship manager Nida and even the waiters such as Yilmaz really made our stay incredible and made us feel like extended family of the hotel. We missed breakfast every morning due to how comfortable the beds were (this is not an exaggeration). Talking about the food, we are so happy we went full board as the spread was some of the best food we've had ever and the variety always changed. The snow slopes were interesting enough to keep us on the slopes from afternoon all the way into the evening with their night piste too. We will definitely be back again to see what we consider now our friends. Thank you for welcoming a bunch of crazy Greeks to your establishment.

All in all a great hotel with caring and attentive staff. The establishment has all the amenities one can ask for. Ski slopes and lifts are fine but they could be expanded and improved. Will be back again.

Restaurant Momo of Polat hotel is so expensive. You can see this on their menu of course. But then they charge you an additional fee of 13%. We ordered cheese fondue. They give you a 100 gr each person, it’s nothing. But you have to pay €25,-. I was shocked about the prices. The restaurant was empty, but I understand: because of their prices.
