I visited this Hotel whilst on a business trip to esbjerg, the hotel its self is in a good location close to the city centre. The bar/resturant area is modern and fresh but the rooms and hallways could do with an uplift, that being said it was very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Hotel is close to the centre, a short walk to the harbour and an ideal location for staying in Esbjerg. Was my first time staying at the hotel as I normally use the Britannia and I would certainly stay again. Comfortable rooms, great internet throughout the hotel, super friendly staff, selection of beers was brilliant along with the breakfast options.

Unsatisfied with the Scandic Loyalty program which stipulated that seniors get a 40 per cent reduction on the weekend prices in Denmark. The reception desk charged the full price instead! Whom should I contact to have a refund or similar?

The breakfest and other meals were delicious. Nice, positive and service-minded staff. Easy to park the car in the basement garage. The cleaning was excellent. Easy check in and check out. Good restaurant and a cozy pub

We are scandic hoppers :-) we have tired 5 scandic hotels in many locations and this is number 6. This is not the best one but still have high Scandic standard - comfy bed, clean smell, delicious breakfast, warm shower - what else you want more! Location is end of Esbjerg walking street and not too far from ferry to Fanø island. We borrowed scandic bikes to Fanø - took only12 mins by ferry and they are for FREE!

Room was NOT as described in the booking. This was not a superior standard, even though the hotel room rates were superior..... Aircondition didn't work. Not below 24 degrees at anytime. Beds way too soft and pillows hard as stones.

Not satisfied at all, there was a smell in the bathroom, beds were not comfortable, internet was unstable, breakfast was the most basic one I ever seen the only thing which was the highest in this hotel was the price.

Remember to tell the receptionist if you want your room cleaned or empty the trash can, member program has also change, so you have to decide if you want point or vouchers. Breakfast is as always good on Scandic

Definitely not 4*. No bottled water in the room, no extractor fan in shower room, no tissues, no wardrobe or drawers for clothes, narrow single beds , single pillow and zircon did not work.Redeeming feature was lovely friendly staff
