We were there over Christmas for five days and our room was not serviced once--we asked twice and first we were told that we needed to be on a list for servicing and the second time we were told that because it was the holiday there would be no service but we could pick up fresh towels, shampoos, coffee at the front desk. Also, when we arrived we were told that becuase we booked thru ******* our room was in the annex which was a renovated motel and had no elevator--at 68 years old, after a 23 hour trip from France, with heavy baggage this was not acceptable. We had to cancel our ******* reservation and rebook at a higher price for the new hotel with the elevator. The room was large and nice, and the new hotel was very nice but to pay extra and then get zero service????
