We arrived to find the hot tub was out of order. We killed two beetle like bugs in our room.

The first room I stayed in had pee stains on the comforter they switched me and the room is all right. But if you want to get sleep don’t count on it cause you have the highway and the train. Try canceling it and it was horrible experience

Rooms always well taken care of. Breakfast slightly better than the average continental, some hot foods. Friendly staff

Clean but my door made loud noises while opening it every time and my bathroom sink drained very slowly

Beds are very comfortable. Staff was super friendly and willing to help. The sink in our bathroom was stopped up which they fixed the 2nd day we were there. The toilet ran off and on the whole time we were there. Never got fixed. The jets in the hot tub did not work the first day we were there. There was no towels by the pool the last night we were there. The breakfast was good and the lady who ran the breakfast room was super nice.

Everything was excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was good and the dining area was very nice. There is a walking trail about a minute's drive from the hotel which was nice.

The workers, especially Mindy, were amazing. Everyone was very helpful during our stay and assisted us with any questions/issues we had.

Building is a lttle hard to find. Is located next to the 41 highway but the facility is clean and quiet. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The beds are super comfy.

My fiancé and I stayed her for 5 days during September of 2023. Overall our stay was excellent. We arrived on a Monday and checked out early Saturday morning. On our first morning we realized that our shower drain was clogged up. We immediately notified that front desk who assured us it would be fixed when we returned later that afternoon. To our surprise it was indeed fixed. The bed was super comfortable. Our comforter did have some type of stain on it, but it was faint and didn't have any effect on our comfort. The worst part of the stay was the noise. We had a room facing the parking lot. I would recommend a room on the other side of the building. The hotel is located near a very busy truck stop so there is noise all day and all night long. That isn't anything the hotel can control though. Our floor didn't have an ice machine but we could easily go down to the first floor to get ice. Our favorite part of the stay was the breakfast. The breakfast is top notch. I especially liked the waffle maker. Each day there was a different type of eggs, potatoe/bread item, and meat. There were plenty of pastries to choose from as well as fruit, yogurt and an oatmeal station. The coffee was always fresh. We plan to stay here the next time we visit.
