It was pretty far outside of French Lick requiring us to drive to town for dinner.
The motel is under reconstruction but nothing was said about this when I made our reservations. The pool & hot tub were shut down as well.
My wife said the bathroom floor was dirty. The bathroom lacked a ventilation fan, too.
It was way, way overpriced for the conditions. Very disappointing.
The staff was friendly and tried to make the best of the situation for us but overall it was a very disappointing weekend.

This was not a great stay for our family. Our beds had hair on the "clean" sheets. The refrigerator was not working so items we planned on keeping cool were wasted. The hot tub was closed which was stated on their website. But on arrival, it looked like it was closed due to ceiling pieces falling into the hot tub. That is something that needs to be cleaned up to make the pool area more enjoyable for all even if the hot tub cannot be used.

One thing we did not like is the curtains did not close, there was a solid panel on each end,and a shade you could see through.

The only reason for the 4 stars was because the pool and the hot tub were not working. That was the main reason we stayed there. Other than that, the stay great.

The hotel is being renovated, but the portion we saw was nice. We requested a handicapped accessible room and it was spacious. This was nice.as we were visiting with family and had relatives also staying in the hotel and this gave the kids room to play.

The breakfast food was fresh and tasty, better than most. The hot tub would benicer 1 or 2 degrees hotter. This was one of the cleanest motels i have stayed in in a long time. Good job.

Had to move room 3 times due to each room being filthy. I checked under the sheets and there was hair under the sheets and padding in each room, as well as the pillows. Front desk was kind about it and so was the head cleaner, but their staff is awful. Must be too hard for them to do their job and change sheets. I understand the first room. But the second two rooms as well?
It used to be a good spot, but I would not recommend staying here.
