環境不錯，游泳池不大，但因為是全包式酒店，還是比較放鬆的。適合帶孩子休息度假。

Nice place, nice people, lousy maintenance. No hot water, shower head spits water all over the bathroom, bathroom metal shelves totally rusted. I don't know how many stars they say they have but I would not give them more than two. And I could go on and on

EXCELENTE ACTITUP DE SERVICIO, BUENAS INSTALACIONES , COMODO, SE PUEDE REALIZAR DEPORTE, JUEGOS DE MESA, COMER Y BEBER BIEN , AUNQUE A VECES HAY MUCHA DEMANDA NOS ATIENDEN BIEN. SE PUEDE LLEGAR MUY FACILEN CUALQUIER MEDIO DE TRANSPORTE INCLUSO EL HOTEL TE CONSIGUE TRANSPORTE EN BUSES DE EMPRESA COMODOS A BUEN PRECIO PUERTA A PUERTA.

The staff was generally very friendly, however, in order to sell a kind of membership, they constantly harass you insisting that you take 30 minutes of your time and in many cases manage to make people waste their rest time. Additionally, on the last day of the trip, it rained heavily and the lack of a DRP was evident because the water went out and there was no option for showers, even though the weather exceeded 30 degrees Celsius. It is necessary for a resort to have a contingency plan for cases where there are water or electricity cuts because these incidents can significantly impact the quality of the guests' experience and their overall satisfaction with the resort.

El hotel on vacation Girardot resort cumple con las expectativas que se deseaba para descansar y despejar la mente de igual forma tienen excelente itinerario y menú en cuanto a la gastronomía de manera que cualquier cliente pueda acceder la única recomendación sería implementar actividades y entretenimiento de manera que los huéspedes puedan interactuar y compartir como tal debido a que el lugar se presta para esa modalidad

El personal de servicio en las diferentes zonas es muy profesional y servicial, buena infraestructura física y dotación en general. Considero que se debe tener la opción de snacks (Entre comidas), ya sea incluyéndolos en los costos del plan o cobrando como adicional al momento de comprarlos. Ausencia de opciones de entretenimiento para adultos como juegos, áreas deportivas, tours en la región, etc. Las comidas del plan, aunque buenas, no hay muchas opciones para escoger, toca lo que hay de menú y no más, adicionalmente no hay opción baja en grasas y azúcares - light.

Lencería manchada.nunca la cambiaron. Se compartió terraza con otra habitación, misma entrada misma salida, misma mesa sucia. Los servicios que no tengan disponibles en el momento,deben publicarlo así no brindar falsas expectativas. Deben manejar un agendamiento para el uso de la cancha de tennis, así todos ordenadamente podrían disfrutar de esta. Arreglar la puerta del sauna, ya que cada que alguien iba a entrar tocaba par**** a abrirle uno mismo.

Las instalaciones muy bonitas facil acceso, soy cliente VIP pero la diferencia con los demas huespedes es 0, el bar muy malo, terrible jamas habia probado una margarita tan mal preparata y pesima presentacion. la comida buena, falta variedad en menu excelente servicio, falta mas actividades para los niños y que publiquen en la pagina q zonas no estan en servicio antes de que uno reserve
