Great little spot! Perfect location. Clean rooms and grounds and friendly staff. Highly recommend and will def stay again.

The hotel was ok. We spent most of our time at Universal and shopping around LA. I do want to say that you can hear pretty much all the noises that are going around at night. Staff is friendly and parking is accessible. Breakfast was ok.

I don’t like to give bad reviews but traveling for 25 years this was going to happen someday. It’s a MOTEL but most of this area are motels no hotels.The room was bad, the smell in the carpet terrible maybe trying to cover urine or something else. I could not sleep at all i’m glad it was one “horrible” seven hours night. The bathroom is pretty small and the shower water spills all over the floor, no space for anything, no hanging or shelving, towels child sized and thin, no shampoo in dispenser, other dispensers not working. I paid $300 a night and they should NOT charge for parking. They need to redo and paint all the exterior and get rid of the old dirty smelly carpet. TERRIBLE experience. Pay a hundred more and stay somewhere else. 👎 Bed comfortable and new furniture and bathroom too.

It was okay over all and the rooms didn’t smell very well and they didn’t clean our second room and the manager wasn’t very friendly when we told him about the sheets not being changed seemed upset to bring new linens. Took deposit on each room for that kind of hotel and not even worth it and I got one refund and not the other yet. Staff some where nice. Break o choice wasn’t the best.

there is a constant and extremely loud beep from the fire detector alarm, there was a few fleas on the bed, TV color was off. i couldn't sleep the whole night.

Front desk staff, Kathy and Kevin, are excellent at accommodating requests and friendly. I will continue to stay here when I need a place to stay in Glendale. Highly recommend.

I arrived to the location at 5am to do a late check in. The lady, first off, was sleeping during her shift and I had to wake her up. She then said their late check in was 4:30am and I could no longer check in. I not only paid for a room I didn’t sleep in, but left me with no reassurance that my situation could be fixed. She told me there’s nothing she could do. Horrible customer service. I would never consider using this as a place to stay or recommend to anyone.
