Building well located but apartment old and in need of renovation. Washing machine leaking, lots of hairs in shower and bathroom, daughter found shards of brown glass under the couch, dusty. Pool area was decent and was obviously renovated in the past years. Did not do my research before booking but assumed apartment would be better for over $600 per night. Would avoid in future.

This is a wonderful place to stay. So close to everything and yet also very private and not noisy. The ammenities (pool, gym, BBQ and steam room) were all looked after and easily accessible. The room was clean, well maintained and bright. Beds were very comfortable. We had a fabulous stay.

So impressed with the views, locations and ease of access to Cavill avenue! Was a great stay, the heated pools were a nice plus too! Our room had 360 views of surfers paradise and was right above the hustle and bustle of Cavill. Check out was quick and easy.

All Rooms were large with balcony off living area, car park, great swimming pool and very friendly staff. Clean and fresh, large fridge and full kitchen and laundry Excellent location above shops, Cavell Mall, and plenty of restaurant's. Ocean views

The location was perfect so central in surfers paradise and the view was amazing looking over cavil ave,the pool and best of all the beach. The kids loved the pool and the apartment was over all great and spacious was good having two bathrooms and the beds were comfy

Great location close to shopping, beach, esplanade, pool area was fantastic lovely and clean with a great Bathroom area, room was spacious with all Mod Cons although could have done with a deep clean as curtains were mouldy, all in all very comfy would recommend

Perfect beach front location, modern functional apartment. Clean and staff wonderful. Would definitely stay here again due to its location, price and facilities. Having the beach across the road is ideal as well as Gold Coast amenities including several restaurants within easy walking distance is a bonus. Wooolworths in the complex is ideal

I called a week early to request a high floor if available. Was put on the second floor will no ocean view. Arrived at 2pm for checkin and had to wait till 2:30 to get into the room. Lots of issues in the room. The walls were absolutely filthy. Curtains were old. Toilets not cleaned properly. Sliding doors don’t close tight. The air conditioning unit was inside a cupboard in the unit which sounded like a tornado in the bedrooms. DO NOT STAY IN THIS ROOM. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED Location and pool facilities are the only good thing going for this accommodation.

The apartment B1502 was dark and depressing the couch was dirty and broken there was no pantry to place our food as the owner had locked the pantry cupboard the bathroom had mould and broken tiles the washing on arrival was broken but replaced later with a top loader which ripped our towels and some clothes. There was not enough cookware and no spray n wipe or cloths Very disappointed with apartment but the facilities were amazing
