Hotel ini benar-benar rawa. tidak seperti gambar iklan. Tidak ada air panas, kopi, pencahayaan yang buruk di kamar. Saya memesan kamar dengan dua tempat tidur dan mereka memberi tahu saya bahwa mereka tidak memiliki kamar dengan dua tempat tidur. Saya terpaksa menyewa kamar tambahan. kekecewaan total.

Stayed at this beautiful hotel for two nights. Very clean and comfortable and excellent friendly staff. Beautiful swimming pools and tennis courts, also pool tables. For those into fitness there is a Gym on the property with all sorts of equipment for exercising. Ipad size safe in the room. WIFI, breakfast, and onsite parking included. Would definately return someday....hopefully for a longer stay.

In overall is a nice place. Has good amenities and the rooms are very comfortable. A few things could be improved like:
There was REALLY BAD WiFi signal from the rooms in the lower ground floor. Something like this could be fixed with a repeater.
The restaurant took around 30 minutes to deliver us dinner. Then 10 minutes to take our bill. Food was good but very slow service.
In overall, my family enjoyed and will probably be back when staying in town. Those two little details didn't matter much but could be improved so the service is 10/10

The hotel needs updating. Beds are uncomfortable mini fridge didn't work no coffee pot in the room. Free breakfast was horrible. No coffee before 7am. Golfito has no attractions very boring. We booked 5 nights left after 2

They only provided body towels, others were missing. A piece of old carpet as a bath mat. Disgusting...
Also, the breakfast was downgraded to the minimum. I missed the old breakfast and ammenities..

Very Nice hotel. However no fans were running in thehotel lobby or other arts and made the hotel very hot. Wifi was terrible. But very nice hotel and very nice staff
