The front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean andd warm. Ease in location. The price was right.

The property was undergoing renovations so there was construction mess everywhere. Also, the hall carpets were dirty. Rates should have been reduced because of the construction. Also, the internet was weak.

When I checked into my room, the first thing I noticed is that the entry light in my room was burned out, and the room was dark. As I’m getting ready for bed, I noticed that the lotion, and the conditioner had been used previously, and were opened and halfway gone. Later, I noticed that the fire alarm was hanging from a wire from the ceiling.

Our room was filthy, the bedding and bathroom had hair and blood. When we called down the young man came up right away and changed our bedding and wiped down the bathroom. However still didn’t get the bathroom fully clean. He took our duvet and we never got one back so only had sheets for our whole stay. There was no apologies or discounts for the inconvenience. The elevator had 1/2 eaten food in the light panels that look like they have been there along time.

Assigned same room to another party who walked in on us good thing everyone had a good sense of humor

The room was clean , but it had no soap, and the microwave needs to be replaced. Other than that it was comfortable. Definitely would stay there again.
