I didn’t like how dusty moldy the bathroom was the water was yellow it was just very dirty. Didn’t eve stayed a night there.

Im not sure why so many bad reviews. This is a Best Western Hotel with cheap prices. People are writing reviews like this is a 5 star hotel. If you cant afford a better hotel dont blame this place. For the cheap rates the hotel is good. Clean sheets, friendly daily housekeeping and central to shopping areas. Front deal ladies and valet were very nice and helpful. Hotel is located on a major street so there is alot of noise but once again this is why it is not as expensive as other hotels.

Got the wrong rooms. Didn’t mind too much. Our check in was at three & they didn’t let us in till way later. Said there was nothing then can do when I think we should’ve gotten a discount

The staff was very nice. It’s a very outdated hotel but for the price not bad. The surrounding area is in a decline lot of vagrants. Which suck because it look nice just sketchy and dirty.

Property was great, people friendly , but the valet parking, (which is the only available) was a nightmare.

Hotel is in a great location so many interesting places are walking distance. The only negative is I arrived about noon and was told room would be ready at 3PM, this was not a problem i had expected this and the hotel did store my luggage. However when I returned at 3PM the room was not ready yet and I had to wait another 45 minutes.
