Nous avons eu des punaises de lit au moment de notre coucher. Nous avons pris photos et vidéos. Il y en avait beaucoup. Le personnel de l’hôtel nous a transféré dans une autre chambre (belle suite) mais malheureusement nous n’avons presque pas dormis étant trop inquiets.

Dear travelers, I would like to praise and recommend this hotel, especially due to its proximity to the beach and the staff at the hotel. The view from the room is amazing, the food is excellent and fresh, and especially a special and warm-hearted woman who takes care of the guests. Newly renovated hotel! Kid friendly and has a wonderful kids crafts and activities. Pool was being worked on, but they kindly allowed us to use the outdoor pool next door with water slides. The private beach made out trip extra special.

Great location by the sea and super views. Good food. There was no hairdryer in our room. 2 of the lights in our room didn't work and couldn't turn the air con down despite 2 staff members coming to assist.

Very good, outstandingly helpful staff, from Miri Capon the Guest Relations Manager, via the people in the lobby, restaurant and pool, one can see that whatever the picy is, it trickles down to every corner. Even the maintenance, guys, Jibson from the Phillipines, Hussam from Jordan, and the rest, all amazing and pleasant, helpful people. The breakfast is superb, Guy the life saver in the pool friendly and professional, everywhere we turn, even for a complain, we are welcome with a smile. Super! The rooms are excellent, the view and 50 far beach gorgeous, parking excellent and very reasonable orice pkus free parking as well, perfect stay!!!! Way to go!! Bravo

I stayed at the Leonardo for what turned out to be a very long work trip (5 weeks!) The view of the sea could not be beat, and my room was spacious and comfortable. Miri is an angel upon Earth and made the hotel feel like home away from home. She kept me fully stocked with plenty of water & chocolate, and even had a desk sent to my room so that I could work more comfortably. The breakfast and food in the business center were both great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, even when we had communication struggles due to my non-existent Hebrew. I will definitely be staying there again for future work trips.
