Sweet welcoming and competent staff that our stay personalized and fantastic Fantastic hotel with great personalized service. The hotel has nice cozy rooms with elegant style, and surprisingly nice indoor and outdoor spa. We enjoyed the central location. Real value for money. We would love to come back.

I love the front desk staff. We stayed once before in 2020 and as soon as we walked in, we were greeted with "Welcome back", our keys were already prepared, and I was handed our bathrobes and slippers. We were even escorted to the elevator.

Common areas look as advertised, but the room was horrible. The bathroom was old with a worn linoleum floor and to a standard not even acceptable for a youth hostel.
Asked for another room or a refund, but got an arrogant answer that I already paid so it was “nothing they could do”… “they were fully booked. My friends room was old but acceptable.
Left for another hotel, and wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there.
For the price I would have excepted not to need sandals in the shower…
