I recently stayed at New Season Hotel in Hat Yai for a night, and I have mixed feelings about my experience.
Firstly, the hotel's location is excellent, offering convenient access to many attractions in the area. However, I was disappointed with the service provided during my stay.
Despite multiple requests, it took over 3 hours to receive shower towels, which significantly impacted my overall satisfaction. I had to call the front desk at least 4-5 times to follow up on the request, which was frustrating and time-consuming.
While the location of New Season Hotel is commendable, the slow service was a significant drawback. I hope the hotel can improve its service efficiency to provide a better experience for guests in the future

Room : clean and new room. got bathtub inside. no toothbrush set. however bedding nice and aircond functioning well. got elevator and massage service. Using smart TV but failed to connect with hotel wifi. wifi also slow.
massage : oil massage for 400 THB . but I get quite sloppy masseur. she tilt my head roughly. and wiping my body harshly . but her hand so strong and she know where she should focus to lessen my tense muscle.
staff wise so nice. they let us put our luggage in their hotel because we arrived early. so we can roam around comfortably.

Great hotel to stay. As the location is very strategic in Hatyai. Near to the city centre and walkable distance to Lee Garden Market. The room was really clean.

It’s clean and exudes warmth. It is also centrally located making it a convenient stop in Hatyai. I’ll recommend this hotel to friends who travels to Hatyai and as long as its rates continues to be competitive, it should be considered highly.

My family and I really like this hotel. Comfortable hotel, newly renovated, affordable price. Parking is also available, you just have to walk a little to get to the hotel lobby. I'm just disappointed because no iron is provided. The location is also strategic, convenient and not far from interesting areas.
