It was quiet, even though our room faced the on or off ramp to the Highway. It was tucked away, hidden, I like that. We had blizzard weather so not a lot of traffic and the hotel seemed pretty empty, even for a weekday. Staff are cool. Told me of some specialty stores and great places to eat nearby. Room was cozy and bed was very comfortable.

This was a great find! The property is clean and well maintained. The full breakfast was so good with lots of options for anyone. All the staff were friendly and courteous.
If I could change one thing, I would have like housekeeping service every other day, but otherwise, it was wonderful.
I will return!

Overall hotel was ok. I dropped my pillow in the rainy parking lot. I removed one of the pillow cases to put on mine for the night and there was dried blood on the pillow. Room just needs aome updating in the bathroom. Free breakfast was pretty good. I could hear the ppl on either side of us.

The hotel was what I expected. It rained a lot so there was a leak in my room near the ac/heater unit. Water was on top of the unit inside the room and the floor was wet. Beyond that I was happy with my stay. The breakfast was really good!

We booked 2 nights at this property and we left after the 1st night. Pillowcases were filthy , bed sheets had stains and the floors upon entrance were also dirty. We ended up booking another hotel because we couldn’t stand to stay the second night. Asked the hotel for a refund for the second night and haven’t heard back.

This hotel is very basic. The room had everything we needed and was attractive on the surface. However, they do not provide housekeeping services every day, and although we had enough towels, there was nowhere to put our used towels—not even a single towel bar in the bathroom. There was only one hook on the bathroom door. The bathroom was cramped and grotty, with a brown ring (mildew?) around the plastic tub/shower liner. The blankets on the bed were exceedingly light and thin and there were no extra blankets in the room. The HVAC was noisy but we were able to turn it off at night to get some quiet—a plus. There was a tiny microwave placed oddly low—you had to squat down to use it. Breakfast buffet was provided but nothing special. Check-in was slow. Location was just okay, in a mall that was nearly empty and next to a movie theater. The whole hotel building showed signs of neglect. I probably would not stay there again.

The property was difficult to find, even with GPS it sent me to another hotel. The staff there told me that it was a daily occurrence that people come there thinking they are at the Country Inn Suites.
